Hi, I cannot Connect anymore on my iPhone app neither on my app on my mac

I have an issue message «  une erreur est survenue, une erreur inattendue s’est produite . Nous étudions le problème . Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement «  for several days

and I was told to enter security number on trello app but also told me error

I can Connect on my account on web

It seems you have a 2FA setup in your account and are having trouble accessing it using the code. In that case, I suggest you try following the steps below:

* Since you're using a Gmail email address, you could try logging into your Atlassian account via https://id.atlassian.com using the "Continue with Google" and give it a try.
* If that does work you should be able to have access to your account again by following these steps within your Atlassian Account:* Go to https://id.atlassian.com and enter your email and password.
* On the screen asking for a verification code, click the "Can't use your phone?" link.
* Enter your recovery key.
* You'll receive a new recovery key (since each key can only be used once). Make sure to copy, print, or record it for future use.

After logging into https://id.atlassian.com you should be able to go to https://trello.com while in the same browser.
