I see the all documentation but i never find out any API to use it and get the card from a specific list ` by name`. I need to search/get a card by name from API. if anyone know about please help me. Thanks in Advance to helping me.

You'll want to use the 'Search Trello' endpoint to search for cards: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-search/#api-group-search.
You can then add extra query parameters to narrow down your search.
