How to set a new automation rule on android devices?

I cannot find a button to create or manage the automation rules on my android device nor I can find any posts related to that on the internet. How to create and manage my automation rules and scheduled automations on my android device?

To access the Trello automation, you'll need to be on a web browser or PC/Mac desktop app. On your Android phone, you can access Trello in Chrome and click "Not Now" for the popup at the bottom, then you'll be able to access the automation pages.  Its probably a little impractical on a touch device though...

Note: Automations you have already created WILL execute even in the Android app
