I have a board, which has been disabled due to inactivity, I would like to get it restored and download all info. Who can I contact to do this for me?

What was the exact notification that you received about this disablement?
When did you receive it?
Atlassian has a policy about labeling inactive (90 days) Trello accounts and deleting dormant (2 years inactive) Trello accounts. Was the notification you received related to one of these policies?
Hello @Trudy Claspill @No, it was not any of these policies. The board I had was created by somebody else for me. Their account was not accessed for a long time. My account is active and I suspected I could not access the board due to inactivity. Can you help with restoring the board?

I am not an Atlassian team member so I do not have the direct access necessary to help you restore the board. I am just another user of Atlassian products, sharing my knowledge in this community to help other users like you solve problems.
If the only board admin was another person and that person's account went dormant, then the boards they admin may have been closed which would make them inaccessible.
