Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find the best way to keep my Trello board synchronized with my Outlook Calendar.
My goal is the following:
Whenever I create a Trello card and set a due date, I'd like an event to be created automatically in my Outlook Calendar.
If I later change the due date on that Trello card, I'd like the corresponding Outlook calendar event to be updated automatically as well (rather than creating duplicates).
Is this possible with Trello alone, or does it require a Power-Up, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or another integration?
I'm looking for a solution that provides true two-way synchronization of due date updates (at least from Trello → Outlook).
I'd appreciate any recommendations or experiences. Thanks!
Hello @Juliana Marchiori
Trello's native feed is just a view-only subscription, so it can't actively sync or prevent duplicates.
Use Trello with Microsoft Outlook | Trello | Atlassian Support
For a two-way sync, you'll need an integration tool like Power Automate, Zapier, or Unito. To avoid duplicate calendar entries, you must ensure your automation maps the Trello card ID to the Outlook event ID so it updates the existing event instead of creating a new one.
Here you have some ancient Powerplatform Topic: Solved: How to update an Outlook calendar event from trello update card
