On my desktop I can click the down arrow and it will automatically change to the next card but on the phone app and Ipad I don't have that option. Is there a way to go to the next card without hitting the back button or returning to the home page?

unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no way to scroll go up and down to other issues from a board or a queue, based on this Atlassian guide.
I tried myself but didn't find any option on my mobile app. I'll let others confirm/deny.
Wow, that's a major flaw. Makes it impossible or us to use.
