Hello, we have upgraded our Trello account to a plan that allows unlimited collaborators. However, I still can't add any new collaborators.

Hi @Yara Al_tousi, it looks like you may be a member of two different Workspaces. One of these Workspaces has been upgraded, and the other has not. Both Workspace have at least 10 collaborators currently, so, in order to add someone new, either both Workspaces will need to be upgraded or the boards from the non-upgraded Workspace should be moved into the upgraded one.

Is there any particular message that's being displayed when you try to invite new collaborators?

Also, note that in a free plan, all members are admins by default. On the other hand, in Standard or Premium, permissions can be restricted. And you must be Workspace admin to add new members. (as per this article)

Also, a note that UI sometimes doesn't refresh immediately after an upgrade. You could try logging out and back in, or using an incognito window to see if the "Invite" options will show up 👀
