I am currently trying to integrate my GPT agent with my Trello account. Has anyone had success with this previously. I have no coding experience. But it seems like it falls down when the GPT tries to connect with my API key and token. It seems like its trying to do it at the same time when they need to be inputted separately
Hi @Shane Flanagan!
+ 1 to @Cody Curry's comment above. In addition, if you are having issues creating your own GPT for Trello I would also suggest looking at a few others that the community has built. You can do so by going into chat GPT and clicking on "GPTs" button in the left hand nav. We have not tested and do not necessarily vouch for any for these, but might be worth trying out.
In addition, another approach you can take is using the Zapier GPT. Zapier is an orchestration piece of software that connects to many tools through their APIs (Trello, Google, etc.) I believe they also may have a GPT in ChatGPTs library.
Heya Shane!
While we don't have a built-in integration with GPT, as long as it can make requests it should be able to interact with our API.
Here's a good article about the basics: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/api-introduction/
It sounds like you've already been able to generate your API token, and if so, you can test out that suggested first request to see if it returns what you expect.
