Free Trello Account - add members

I have a problem adding new members to a new Trello acount. The account has 4 members up to now and we need to invite 6 more persons as members. However, when they click on the invitation link they receive a notification that the number of 10 members is possibly exceeded. What can we do?

Hi!

The Free plan has a hard limit of 10 collaborators per Workspace — and that count includes not just current members, but also pending invitations. So if you have 4 members and sent out invites that haven't been accepted yet, those pending invites already count toward the limit.

A couple of things worth checking:

• Go to your Workspace Members page and see if there are any pending invitations you can cancel
• Check if people across different boards in the same Workspace are being counted — the limit applies across the entire Workspace, not per board
