Hi Trello Support,
I currently have a Trello account with two workspaces:
- Workspace 1 (Premium): includes me and Person A
- Workspace 2 (planning to upgrade to Premium): includes me and Person B
Since Trello charges per user, I’d like to clarify how the billing works in this case. Will I be charged for:
- Three users (me counted once, plus Person A and Person B),
or - Four users (me counted separately in each workspace, plus Person A and Person B)?
I want to ensure I understand the cost structure before upgrading the second workspace. Appreciate your help!
