Cannot click Bitbucket "power up"

Question

We have a bitbucket account and was testing the Trello board. 2 problems:

* The trello board never loaded and showed a blank screen
* A few months later we tried again and it loaded. When* Open a pre made issue
* Click bitbucket "power up", nothing happens

Can I know whether it stucked at a "Loading.." message?

You can try copying the current board to a new board and see whether it solves the issue.
