I have a premium subscription on an email account that no longer exists (it belongs to a company I no longer work for) and I need to cancel the subscription.
The problem is that I cannot access the email to verify access to my account and cancel the subscription myself.
Please, I beg you for a solution as the subscription charge is coming to me personally and it is an account that I neither use nor can use.
