I’m having trouble updating the email associated with my Trello account and I’m hoping someone here can help.
The email currently linked to my account belongs to a domain that no longer exists. The domain was discontinued, so it’s impossible to access or receive emails from that address.
I’m still logged into my Trello account on the mobile app, however when I try to change the email address, the system asks for confirmation through the old email, which I can’t access anymore.
My account is on the free plan, so I don’t have access to individual support.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation and managed to:
change the email without accessing the old one?
recover the account another way?
or get help from Atlassian in this specific case?
Any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

Since you’re still logged into the mobile app with your old email, the best way to move forward is to share all your boards with your new email address. Here’s how you can do it:
Invite your new email address to each board you want to keep access to.
Once you’ve accepted the invitations from your new email, you’ll have access to all your boards under your new account.
This approach ensures you don’t lose access to any important boards as you transition to your new email.
