I can understand the frustration of a board being accidentally deleted.We need to determine whether the board has been closed or permanently deleted. Closed boards can be reopened.
If the board was deleted, rather than closed, it isn't possible to recover them.
The admin can check and recover the deleted board by following the steps in the article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/
