Boards, lists etc added in the Trello iphone app do not show up on the web version.

I’m experiencing an issue where boards created in the Trello iPhone app do not appear when I log into Trello on the web, even though I am using the same email address and password on both platforms.

Here are the details:

• I recently created a new Atlassian/Trello account on the web using my email address and a new password.
• I logged out of the iPhone app and logged back in using the same email and password.
• The app accepted the new password, and I can access my boards on the iPhone.
• I copied my original board to a new board on the iPhone after logging in with the new credentials.
• However, none of my boards (including my original and a copied version) appear on the web, even after logging out, clearing cache/cookies, and logging back in.

It can take some time for the data to sync if the network connection on the phone is slow. You can try the reverse direction i.e. copy a board on the web and see if it appears on the mobile app to ensure the app is syncing with the server.
