I need to have my administrator access updated to reflect the new email address so I can manage the dashboard accordingly. We are currently paying for this service, and the inability to update this information is impacting our environment.
Please advise on the steps required to complete this change as soon as possible.

Could you please provide your previous username or a link to one of your boards? This will help me locate your old and correct account. Additionally, can you confirm if you’re using the new email to report this problem in this post? Just because I also need to check the new email, but please, don't send the email here.

Perfect, as I suspected, the board is under your old account.
There isn't anything that would prevent you from logging in with the old account, so open an incognito window, enter the old email and password, and you'll be able to log in.
After that, you just need to invite your new account to the board and Workspace:
Then go back to your new account, make sure you have access, and remove the old account from the board and Workspace:

Thank you for the information. However, the issue is that the old email (enavarro@gpshiring ) does not exist anymore. I did sign in as incognito with the old email, but the system sends me a code verification to the old email that I don't have access anymore.

I understand the situation. Here are a few options you can try:
Try logging in from a different device, or check if you are already logged in on another device.
For security reasons, we are unable to remove this security layer or transfer the board or Workspace to another account.
Your email server admin may be able to add your old email as an alias to your new one, which could allow you to receive the verification code.
Finally, we can see with the other users of the board and Workspace if someone can log in and help you by transferring the data to a new board.

I tried on my Cell and Im getting the same outcome. Our email admin has to delete the old email accounts of the company.
I do have access to the boards and make updates on the cards, but I cannot add the new team members to the board, and it is causing a real issue

The user in red as you can see is my old account and I need to remove it, because we are paying for that user

We may be able to take over the Workspace if one of its members can assist. Could you check if any of these users still have access to their accounts: erickbrenes12, belenhidalgo8, aaronascencio, gustavocoto1, pridelander94, jordanmendez9, alissonsoliscastro, or nataliasanchez30?
If none of these users have access, the only option will be to create a new board in a differente Workspace and transfer the information. After that, we can work together to cancel the subscription.
