A board just vanished

Question

Hello- I log in pretty much every day. Today my main "home" board is just gone.  I read some support articles, but the board isn't hidden and doesn't show on mobile either.  Please help!  I did not think to back the board up and it has a ton of family info that is important to me.  Thank you

Other boards still show, it's just the board named "Home" that is missing.

Ahh.. ok.  I didn't realize they were under two accounts!  I reopened as instructed, and now it's back.  Thank you SO much!  I should be good to go now.  Thanks again for the quick response.

I see you had two separate Trello accounts that were added to the board; each account used a unique email address.

billevans20) was deleted today in accordance with our dormant user policy.

You should now be able to reopen the boardbillevans17). Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
