A board just vanished

Hello- I log in pretty much every day. Today my main "home" board is just gone.  I read some support articles, but the board isn't hidden and doesn't show on mobile either.  Please help!  I did not think to back the board up and it has a ton of family info that is important to me.  Thank you

Other boards still show, it's just the board named "Home" that is missing.

Hello, thank you for the response.  The board would be https://trello.com/b/p8sT2e4X/home.  It looks like I can access it directly like that, but I still don't see it in my boards list.  Great idea looking at history!  Thank you.

Hey @Bill Evans Thanks so much for sharing the board URL.

I see you had two separate Trello accounts that were added to the board; each account used a unique email address.

Looks like this board was closed when your account (@billevans20) was deleted today in accordance with our dormant user policy.

You should now be able to reopen the board while logged into Trello with your active account (@billevans17). Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

Ahh.. ok.  I didn't realize they were under two accounts!  I reopened as instructed, and now it's back.  Thank you SO much!  I should be good to go now.  Thanks again for the quick response.
