Certiverse is live for all Atlassian credential exams

Exciting news! Atlassian is transitioning exam delivery to Certiverse to provide a seamless, flexible, and modern experience for all credential exams.

Starting today, all Atlassian credential exams will be available for registration on Certiverse.

How to schedule and take your exam in Certiverse

To schedule an Atlassian credential exam in Certiverse, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Certification portal.

2. Navigate to the "SCHEDULE AND TAKE EXAMS" section.

3. Select Certiverse as your delivery provider and use the "ACCESS CERTIVERSE" button to open Certiverse.

4. From there, follow the prompts in Certiverse to choose your exam, select a date and time, and complete your scheduling.

Once you are ready to take your exam, repeat the steps above, starting in the Certification portal to access Certiverse to launch your exam.

What this change means for you

Moving to Certiverse brings several benefits for candidates and organizations:

• A streamlined interface for browsing, scheduling, and taking exams.

• Intuitive scheduling flows and clearer visibility into available exam slots.

• Certiverse supports unproctored exams, allowing Atlassian to deliver the Loom, Rovo and Forge Fundamentals certificate exams. More certificates are coming in the future!

Important notes for candidates

• Associate and Professional exams are remotely proctored. You will be required to download and test a secure browser before your exam session to ensure that your system meets all technical requirements. See this page for instructions.

• During registration, your company name is a required field. No worries if you are between jobs, just enter N/A.

FAQs

I have an exam scheduled already with PSI, what should I do? No action is needed at this time. However, if you chose to reschedule your exam you will need to cancel the PSI registration to get a refund, and then create a new registration in Certiverse. You should have received an email about this on February 19, 2026 from credentials@atlassian.com. If you need additional help, please open a support ticket.

I have a voucher for PSI, can I still use it? Yes! Please open a support ticket to obtain a replacement Certiverse voucher. If you are not sure which voucher type you have, note that PSI voucher codes are 8 characters and Certiverse voucher codes are 18 characters and include hyphens.

Thank you for the update, I have one question around this transition to Certiverse;  I prefer doing certifications in a certification centre rather than online as this helps me focus, this was possible with PSI, will it still be possible through Certiverse?

Hello @Stephen_Lugton Certiverse exams are only available online. If a person needs additional time or other accommodations for their exam, they can contact support@certiverse.com.
