statuspage- alert

Hi Team,

We have setup the probes that triggers the pagerduty alert  for every probe failure, 

As the pagerduty is integrated to statuspage and it creates an incident in statuspage for every probe failure.

Now the requirement is if the probe fails for the third time only it should trigger an incident in  statuspage  from pagerduty , is this possible to handle this scenario in statuspage ? Please suggest

Hello!

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. The Statuspage integration looks at whether Pagerduty made an incident. Looking at how this works, it seems when an alert is created, an incident is created. If there's a way to change this in Pagerduty, you may be able to get the desired result but it's not something editable in Statuspage. I would recommend reaching out to Pagerduty support to see if they have a good answer for how to get this three alerts into one incident trigger.
