is not working in statuspage

Hello everyone, We have created number of templates for incidents on our status page and we were trying to get this <Start_timestamp> working but its not working. Lets say we have incident and we want to use template, its not actually adding time information there from timestamp. any suggestions?

Can you tell us a little more about where you're pulling that example and data from using <Start_timestamp>? That format is similar to the HTML examples for Tags https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/add-html-tags-in-incident-messages/, but that field isn't included there. This also doesn't match up with the examples here https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/incident-template-library/.
