Is it possible to configure the statuspage private page with Jira management?

Estoy intentando configurar la conexión de Statuspage con Jiramanagemnt, pero cuando agrego la API, genera este error

"Hubo un problema al acceder a su página de estado. Comprueba el ID de página y la clave de API, e inténtalo de nuevo.

Añadir"

He probado con otra página que no es privada y he conseguido configurarla pero para una página privada me sale el error anterior. ¿Hay alguna opción?

 

He intentado configurar por esta url

The JSM integration is compatible with Private pages.

You should be facing a specific error, and I recommend you open a ticket with us at support.atlassian.com with your page information and screenshots, if possible, so that we can troubleshoot it further.
