How to change the background color of my status page

Can you please let me know how to change the background color of my STATUS PAGE and need more customizations on the page. Do I need to subscribe for a plan as Im not able to do any changes on the back ground.

Please let me know the details of the PLAN, if any and the price for it as I need to change the domain url aswell and add subscribers. please give me options and plan details.
