As I understand you would like to remove the "Webhook" subscription option for your Statuspage.
As discussed in the documentation, you will have the option to enable or disable the Webhook subscription option for your Statuspage. You can follow the instructions below to disable the Webhook subscription option

from your http://manage.statuspage.io settings click Subscribers from the left sidebar.

Click Options.

Click Settings from the Options dropdown menu.

Unchek Webhook in the list of delivery types.

Click Save changes.
