HTTPS, but showing insecure web page

Hi,

 

We have enabled our status page to use HTTPS, but don't have the option to upload our own certificate to make it valid?

 

Please assist?

Statuspage will provision a certificate for your custom domain if it's verified - there's no need to upload your own certificate: 

https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-a-custom-domain-and-ssl/

If your page doesn't show HTTPS after enabling it, please open a support ticket with our Statuspage team over at https://support.atlassian.com so we can take a closer look!
