Adding Intercom Messenger

Question

Hi, new to status page. One of the reasons we chose this service is the great integration with Intercom. Has anyone tried adding the Intercom chat widget to their status page? It seems like a missing feature, as any Intercom user expects this to be in the bottom corner of their pages. Maybe possible with Custom HTML/JS, but we currently do not have plans to upgrade to the $4800/yr plan just to do that :-)

Can you let me know if you are referring to the Intercom-Statuspage integration?

Note that you'd need to be on an Active Statuspage page and not a trial page to use this integration.

Secondly, you mentioned about using custom HTML/JS. May I know, what exactly would be the user case here, in regards to intercom-Statuspage?
