My attempts to get the Based In field to display the Office location of my customer/Azure AD user is not working. Seems that there is a known bug for this. If you're experiencing the same issues please add yourself to this ticket. Hopefully it's on Atlassian's roadmap to improve this area of Access as it would be useful for our agents to know these types of attributes.
