Hello, I recently built a new Zabbix integration under one of our NOC teams.  Since it's built under a team, the team should be the "owner" and default responders.  However, when the alerts show up in OpsGenie, there is no 'owner' and 'no responders'.  When I view the activity log for the alerts, it states "Skipping Create alert notification policies for alert because it doesn't have an owner team" and the alert itself doesn't show any responders.  I have searched through documentation and cannot find out how to add an "owner" to the integration.  I was under the impression that adding the integration from the team integration tab was the way to do this.  That is the process I followed but there is no owner???  Any assistance is very appreciated.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for reaching out to the Opsgenie Community.

It seems like you're having trouble with the Zabbix and OpsGenie integration. The issue is that the alerts appear in OpsGenie without an owner or responders. OpsGenie considers the team that adds integration to be the owner of the alerts created by this integration. If you've added the integration from the team's integration tab, then it should have set the team as the owner. However, based on your description, It looks like you have configured a Global integration that is not assigned to any team.

You can double-check if the integration was added from the team's integration tab. It won't have an owner if it was added from the main integrations page. In this case, you can assign this integration directly to your NOC team from Settings > Integrations > Search Integration > Edit > change "Assignee team" to NOC

If you are facing any further issues, please feel free to open a ticket at https://suport.atlassian.com/contact.

Kind Regards,

Tejaswi
