I need to track alerts that are false positives. I'm thinking of creating a custom action that creates or configures an alert field that indicates whether it's a false positive or not. How can I do this? Is it possible?

Thank you for contacting the Opsgenie community. We understand you wish to track false positive alerts on Opsgenie.
You could make use of the Alert Policies on Opsgenie, this way you can use conditions to filter the alerts and then either add a tag or modify the description/message as per your desire.
