Migrate Teams/users from Splunk on-call to Opsgenie

We currently have Jira and confluence products.  

can we list out the users in Splunk on-call and identify their Atlassian ID. Use that ID to grant access to those users to Opsgenie SSO  ?

This definitely sounds like something that could be possible. It seems like you would be able to complete this by compiling the list of users that are within Splunk on-call (reference their API documentation for this.

On the Atlassian side as long as your org has the domain claimed and you manage the Atlassian accounts then you would be able to use the API to gather the Atlassian ID's
