Loom video not loading/downloadable/lost?!

I recorded a loom video last week and it’s been stuck loading ever since. It really sucks because it took multiple takes to get the video right, and now I’m wondering if I’m even able to get it to load.

It doesn’t show the time length of the video either. Just no info except the title and blurred image of the first frame.

does anyone know what I can do to get the video back ASAP? I really need this
