I noticed Loom recently migrated to Atlassian, which prompted me to log back in. I'm in my account now, but it looks like it was downgraded from paid to basic. And I can't see my previous videos recorded in the library. I will take this to mean I need to purchase the paid account and I will get access to my previous recorded videos, correct? Want to make sure I'm not going to be double-charged, considering I was already paying for a paid account.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Sorry to hear about your videos. I have not had any videos purge from my video library. Although, my videos were created when It was part of Atlassian. Don't see a reason why you should have your videos be missing when it your video files. I'll raise a support request for this post to Atlassian for follow up.
