The Maintenance Windows link in the message is broken, and there is no active maintenance notice on Atlassian status
Could you please confirm whether there’s an ongoing maintenance for my site, or if this is an unexpected outage?

There could be 2 reasons why you are seeing this error message:
Maintenance windows occur daily between 1 am and 3 am in the timezone of the server your product is on. You can reach out to the support and they will assist you.
