Where do the email and name fields get populated in the Issue collector

I have incorporated the Issue collector in my website, but the name and email ID of the user doesn't get populated in Jira. How do we correct this?

I need to be able to see the name and mail ID of the user who has created this issue.

Hi @Jayamadure Srinivasan

I believe the name and email will show on the description field after submission. If the name and email is not showing at all most probably it has to do with the way your Project is configured.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
