Where can I find docs for jra 11.3

Hello!
I need help. For jira server/dc version 9 I could follow the link and see a list of all classes, there I could look at their methods.

I need the same page for version 11.3.0 but if I change 9.4.29 in link above to 11.3.0, I get 404
Where can I find similar list of classes for jira dc 11.3.0?
