Can you confirm you are using the Atlassian Jira product?

Are you using the Cloud (software as a service) version or the Data Center (self-hosted and self maintained) version?

Are you an end user of this environment or an administrator? If you are not an administraior of the environment, have you reported this issue to the administrators?

Exactly what steps are you executing to attempt to generate test plans?

You mention that this worked in a previous version. What was the previous version? What is the current version?
