Technical issues and bugs in Jira

Question

Hi, I’m trying to create a new Jira Software Cloud site, but I keep getting the error:

"Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support."

The input field is locked, and I can’t change or enter a site name manually. I’ve tried different browsers, incognito mode, and different emails but nothing works. Please help me create a Jira site with my Atlassian account

No issue reported on Atlassian status. I've deleted your email to protect your data. You should contact support. Not the first issue that users have reported. You should at least have Standard plan to contact them. You can sign up for free trial and then cancel it at anytime. Support link could be found here
