Revisit the site when I do not renew my subscription

Hi Support Team,

i'm reseller in Viet Nam,

Customers who purchased Jira (Cloud) Premium 15 Users (Annual Payments)

This customer's subscription expires on August 11, 2025 and they did not renew. But now they need to access their site to check some projects they created on jira > Team please help them in this case.

Below are my suggesstion which you can follow:

* Reactivation Subsciption Immediately* Access admin.atlassian.com/billing
* Go to Subcsription --> Inactive
* Find the expired subscription and reactivate it
* Complete the payment process

* Contact Atlassian Support for recovery* Create a ticket for atlassian support https://getsupport.atlassian.com
* Billing Support Ticket https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

Time-sensitive factors:

* Premium subscriptions have 60-day data retention from deactivation date

* August 11, 2025 + 15 days (grace period) + 60 days (retention) = approximately October 25, 2025

* You have very limited time before permanent data deletion

* Atlassian Support must be contacted immediately for any hope of recovery
