Hi Support Team,
i'm reseller in Viet Nam,
Customers who purchased Jira (Cloud) Premium 15 Users (Annual Payments)
This customer's subscription expires on August 11, 2025 and they did not renew. But now they need to access their site to check some projects they created on jira > Team please help them in this case.
Thank you,
@Kha vdd
Below are my suggesstion which you can follow:
Time-sensitive factors:
Premium subscriptions have 60-day data retention from deactivation date
August 11, 2025 + 15 days (grace period) + 60 days (retention) = approximately October 25, 2025
You have very limited time before permanent data deletion
Atlassian Support must be contacted immediately for any hope of recovery
If you like the suggesstion kindly accept the answer.
Thanks
Jayesh R

Hi @Kha vdd ,
Just a note first that this is a public forum where mostly end users like myself answer questions and create discussions (there are, however, some official Atlassian staff browsing the forums).
Also, as it's a public place, keep that in mind when sharing company or personal information.
Now, as for the issue itself, you'll probably have to raise Atlassian Support ticket. Recommending to use Billing, payments, and pricing option.
Before that, you can check the status site by following these steps:
Go to admin.atlassian.com and select the relevant organization.
Navigate to Billing to see if the site subscription is canceled or deactivated.
If the subscription is canceled, you may be able to recover the site by following the instructions to recover a canceled site
Cheers,
Tobi
