Hi Everyone,

I tried all the workarounds in the community put I have no success. The quickfilter on my dashboard (using the User Story Map) allways shows no issues.

The Filter:

I am assigned to the sub-task (not to the story itself) and the type seems like correct.

What am I doing wrong :-)?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dennis,

My name is Henri and I'm a Support Engineer at Easy Agile. We're responsible for the Easy Agile TeamRhythm app, which adds a User Story Map to Jira boards.

I’d like to check if this is a problem with the Quick Filter or the User Story Map. In-app filters on the User Story Map are not currently available for subtask-level issues.

Does the Quick Filter work as expected when you use it in Jira, such as on the Backlog, Active Sprint, or Kanban board pages?

Kind regards,
Henri Seymour

I usually use
issuetype = sub-task and assignee = currentUser()
