I would like to know how to search for ACCERT in JIRA

I have JIRA for Emirates airlines, I have been given full access but I  am having trouble searching for aircraft documentation especially aircraft certificates like operators certificate or radio licence.  How can I find an easy way to do this typing the aircraft registration in search bar brings up many items except the ACCERT.
