I am getting this error and I can't figure out what to do. For some reason, I also can't create a support ticket since my URL is "INVALID"
@Rachel Joy Lam I am assuming that you are on a free plan. I would suggest checking back as it could be maintenance but my guess is that you have not used the space for quite some time and it has been disabled. Can you confirm that you are on the free plan and when the last time you used the Jira space?
Yes, we are on a free plan. We have been actively using the Jira space; our last activity was just last week. I'll try to check again within 24 hours.
