Hi @Walter Buggenhout , in our community, blip is some area in jira space, which is related to single project under realization, where I put different documents, information, comments, etc. I have a new project and I asked to create corresponding blip. But I don't see, I don't know how to do this.

That sounds like something quite specific in your Jira instance. I would recommend you to reach out to the Jira administrator at your organization to set this up for you.
