How to Split Time Logged per Person

marshallmm September 28, 2020

I am trying to report on individual's time spent on one issue, but I cannot find a way to split that time for each logger. If they can log their time, would it be possible to pull each time a user logged time and report that out?

You can do it easily with one of the apps from the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=worklogs

Hi, @marshallmm !

Out-of-box you can crate a time tracking report in Jira for a specific project. Go to ‘Reports’, then ‘Forecast & management’ then ‘Time Tracking Report’.

But you can’t create individual report by person.

It is possible by add-ons, for example:

  1. Tempo Timesheets
  2. WorklogPRO

Also you can check free add-ons.

Hi,

You can use an addon like Timescale There you can see reports of the time logged per different user and much more.

Hope it helps

The best manner of doing this OOTB is by using subtasks.
