@Hammad Ecomm - I agree with @Arkadiusz Wroblewski that the question is too open-ended to allow for a specific answer. There are lots of ways that AI Agents can be used. For example, for some of my customers, we have implemented an AI agent that will review tickets that are created through email to try to identify the actual problem or request and direct it to the correct team. Another AI agent can identify a list of recommended approvers for a specific ticket using data drawn from a Confluence page.
We usually think about AI Agents by asking, "Is this a task that we could train AI to do instead of needing human intervention?" You can ask this question at each stage of the workflow. "Do I need a human at this stage or could I use AI to do this task?"
