How can I set the screen pop up when I changing the field.

In my project I have a field called "Group" when I changing it to different group, I need to set a pop up, can any one help me this please.

I also have this requirement, and the purpose is to remind user whenever changing any field, he should also update another "XYZ" field.
Could you please tell me if this is possible?

To inject a random popup, you will need to hack the code in Jira to provide it.  I would strongly recommend that you do not do this, as you'll be unsupported, and popups are very annoying for users.
