In Our Scrum Board we are not using Stories. We are using Tasks (Not sub-task).

We estimate TASKs in story points. Will JIRA show the velocity chart?

Yes, but you have to have more than one closed sprint because the velocity of a sprint is calculated by averaging the total estimates completed in the last sprints
