Color coding of swimlane on Kanban board

We use JIRA board (Kanban board) for our various projects. There are a few columns on board of which we discuss those only in 'Develop' or 'Develop Done' status.
All the rows (10-25 different projects), have stories which are supposed to go through this stages (columns). 
The issue here is, the Scrum Master has to click expand (+) the project row and check if there is any story in 'Develop' or 'Develop Done'.

The solution could be:
The Project row on board has any story satisfying the criteria shows a color code so the SM click expands only those rows and that would save time and efforts.

Any pointers to achieve this, appreciated!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

For this you can try Board Quick Filter based on the Story Status. It will look like below:

In case no filter selection, board will show all the issues, but if you select specific highlighted quick filter, board will show only that stories that satisfy the quick filter.

To create Quick Filter. Click on 3 dot's on Board top right side --> Configure Board:

Then Quick Filter --> Create quick filter:
