Can one license be used on Jira on two virtual machine Server

Question

Our company installed Jira Software Server on a virtual machine server. The Jira is currently in normal use.

If the virtual machine server with Jira installed is directly cloned to a virtual machine server in another city, can Jira and its plugins on the two virtual machine server be used normally at the same time? If cannot be used at the same time, why?

@Luisa Zhang Your license is only good for one instance so it can not be installed on two different servers.  You are allowed to have a development/test server and you can get a developer/test license (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-generate-developer-licenses-1455430265.html )  This can not be used on a production instance and it sound like that is what you are looking to do.  The development license can be used for development, testing, etc.  We use them to test upgrades, new apps, etc.
