We have a few projects in JIRA Service Desk 4.10.0 and just started a new one.
I've launched issues package transition from an old project (Service desk type) to a new one (also Service desk type) and matched only the content of the resolution field between them.
After the end of transition we see that more than 15% of our issues just disappeared. I didn't see them in the Log journal or History change report.
Backup didn't work, too.
Do you know how we can solve this problem? Or which tooI is better to use n order to understand the reason whese issues disappeared?
