customize queue for a single user

Hello all ,

How I can customize the QUEUE for single user in the same project and this queue doesn't shows to other agents in the same project.

Hi @Yossef Alharbi , you could create a unique queue for the user. However, you cannot hide from other users that have browse permissions.
