Relative dates in comments not working properly

JSM DC 5.12.5.

When I open the issue for the first time - dates in comments are relative.

After reloading tab they turns into absolute (F5/Ctrl+F5/button in browser - no difference).

After adding a comment - they turns back to relative.

And after reloading once again - yes, they absolute again.

jira-config.properties is empty. Tested in Edge and Firefox, on different PCs.

Is it possible to fix somehow? I need relative format.
